Newly Admitted Students
Welcome, to the School of Education! We are excited that you are joining our community at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill!
Once you have officially accepted your admission, you must request that official transcripts for each post-secondary school attended be sent to the School of Education at UNC-Chapel Hill. You will not be able to register for classes until we receive all of your official transcripts.
Mail final, official transcripts to:

Request that your school(s) or its authorized agent email an authenticated electronic transcript to: SOE.email@example.com. Check first that your school is capable of sending authenticated electronic transcripts. We cannot accept electronic transcripts in any other form from you or your school.
NOTE: If you have already sent transcripts to The Graduate School, you must also send official transcripts to the School of Education.

- Instructions for PhD, EdD, MAT, MEd in School Counseling can be found on The Graduate School’s Admitted Students page. PhD, EdD, MAT and MEd in School Counseling programs must mail official transcripts to the School of Education.
