UNC-Chapel Hill Transcript

The application will ask you for permission to link your transcript (and test score) information from Connect Carolina to the application. The question appears as follows:

UNDERGRADUATE APPLICANTS ONLY: If you are a current or former UNC-CH student, UNC-CH can electronically send your transcript information and any standardized test scores on file directly to ApplyYourself so that it can be reviewed with your application. Do you consent to the release of your transcript information and standardized test scores to ApplyYourself for this purpose? (Please note that if you choose 'No' and a UNC-CH transcript is required for your application, you must separately provide a copy of your transcript. This can be done by uploading a scanned copy of your transcript below. Please review your application instruction template for your specific program requirements.)

If you answer YES to this question your transcript information (and test scores) will automatically be linked to your application.

If you answer NO to this question you will be required to upload a copy of your UNC Chapel Hill transcript that includes the most recent semester’s grades and GPA before you can submit your application. If you choose to upload your own transcript please read the following:

An uploaded copy of your latest UNC-Chapel Hill academic record should clearly show your full name, PID, grades for all courses taken to date at Carolina, and your current GPA. Your academic record must include the grades from the semester immediately preceding the term you are applying in. Click for instructions on how to access your Internal Transcript.
