USA Today examines when test scores appear too good to be true

USA Today provided an update on the status of an investigation into anomalies in test scores in public schools in Washington, D.C.
The newspaper examined lessons learned in Georgia when officials there investigated allegations of cheating on standardized tests.
Gregory Cizek, professor of educational measurement and evaluation, was quoted in the story, describing ways to identify possible cheating on tests.
