GeneralĀ  details

Graduates taking part in Commencement will line up beginning at 12:45 p.m. on the ground floor of the Smith Center in the tunnel. Students please use entrance D and take the stairs or elevator down to the ground level.

Family members and guests should use entrance A and from the concourse level proceed to a seat. We will have student marshals available to make sure you get to the right place if you need assistance.
The ceremony is expected to last approximately one hour. Due to the Smith Center being tightly scheduled on Saturday, there will not be an opportunity to linger inside visiting with family and taking pictures. Immediately following the recessional, graduates and family members and guests are asked to exit the facility and meet outside one of the four exits.
