The following shows a program of studies for the Ph.D. in Education, Teacher Education and Curriculum (TEC) strand. There are two foci in this strand: Teacher Educationb and Curriculum, each consisting of at least 54 credit hours of coursework excluding dissertation credits.

Core Courses

The following courses are required for all School of Education Ph.D students

These required courses are designed to be foundational courses for the rest of the program. As such, doctoral students should plan to take these required courses in their first, or at latest second, year of coursework.
