Task 3A. Develop an Instructional Plan
Using the information from parts 1 and 2 of the Case Study, develop an Instructional Plan for your case study student. A wide range of accommodations and modifications may be used to meet the learner's needs including:
- accommodations made in the physical environment of the classroom;
- modifications of teaching strategies, instructional materials and/or content; and
- accommodations and/or modifications of tests.
Use the Instructional Plan form to organize the planning information including the subject matter area, brief statements of the needs/learning problems you have identified, a list of the accommodations and modifications you plan to make to meet those needs and a description of how student progress will be monitored. Also include technology you have researched and will use to support your teaching as well as what you will use directly with the student to enhance his or her learning experience.
